- KatyaUK will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 15 days.

- Returns & Replacements
- We do not accept any returns. We will allow exchanges within 7 business days (items must in the original packaging and not worn). If you have received the wrong item, we will make sure that you receive the correct one at no extra cost. No Returns will be accepted without Prior Authorization & will be sent back to the purchaser. - Ordering & Payment
- 100% payment must be made at time of sale via PayPal using Credit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard & Discover. Commission work on custom orders requires a one-third deposit when order is placed. The balance is due when the item is completed and before delivery.
- Security
- All transactions are cleared through PayPal using secure socket layer. Credit Card details will not be disclosed outside this secure area.
