A Saddle for your Shoulders

Horse racers use saddles in order to have that comfortable seat while attending to their competitive racing. Why does fashionista need one? I guess it would be to dress herself up by creating a well put outfit together. Well, in this case, this piece of accessory most probably will draw your attention to shoulders. Here is my new favorite, Hand Encrusted Collar which reminds me of a horse saddle with sequent detailing and beading just like the matador's colorful jacket during his bull fight but without sleeves.


Wearing one with a plain neutral color shirt & a pair of slacks will be a perfect duo for dinner & drinks. Somebody who is concerned about her small shoulders, Hand Encrusted Collar by Lutz and Patmos is a saver becasue it is creating needed extension as a shoulder pads would.

Neiman Marcus Spring 2010 Accessories Preview


I could not let it go unnoticed, that is why I decided to share this preview of Spring 2010 Accessories from Neiman Marcus. Current economic struggle, not only in the financial industry but also in retail, has made everybody work extra hard, especially designers who need to put an extra effort and try to create something new, fresh, eye-catching and extraordinary. I agree that most of the designers need to try hard to get in line with extravagant Rodarte, chis & hip Alexander Wang, breathtaking Balmain, newly reestablished YSL & of course, on top of them all is always classic Chanel. Neiman Marcus is one of the high end retail stores who is very picky about who they will display in their stores for the new Spring 2010 season therefore we might want to make a note of these fashion industry leaders.
