Who would have thought that winning a lawsuit against another shoe designer is actually a posibility. We see ton of shoes online which pretty much look alike as that pair of designer stilletos that everybody wants. Well, this is the case with Balenciaga vs. Steve Madden case. Remember those colorful stilettos by Balenciaga from last year which look like they made from Lego set? Steve Madden has designed similar Lego style shoe this year. They did not realize that Balenciaga got tired of copycats & have announced that this is their original design which cannot be copyrighted by slashing Steve Madden with a lawsuit.
