Personalize your Cuffs with Jessica’s Help

I remember seeing lots of cuffs with lots of fun words engraved & was thinking what if I want to put my name on it or engrave a love message for my boyfriend. I guess Jessica Cushman thought the same thing since she now has a custom service which provides you with ability to choose anything you want to be written on the cuffs. They are made out of black and white plastic material. I think it is pretty cool and worth mentioning that you can only write upto 25 characters for an extra $35. I think the price is reasonable but the cuffs are pricey $130. Cuffs would be a perfect gift for an anniversary or birthday. Or spoil yourself on that day when you are feeling down and in need of something excitement. I would write up something like "LOVE FASHION AND POETRY" by KatyaUK. This is just one of the phrases to through out there!

Philippe Tournaire’s House Rings
Rings are arranged in different shapes, have diamonds and other precious stones incorporated either as a little round tower or square shaped pool. If you try to look at them closer on the website, you will see windows, stairs, and even actual rooms from inside out. How about a little part of a city with streets and buildings? These are so much fun, check them out on the website. They are a bit pricey but I guess idea really counts.

Slater Mixed for Gladiator’s Taste
- Berlin Necklace by FALLON (Image from shopbop.com)
- Freedom Chocker Necklace by FALLON (Image from shopbop.com)
Some of the great finds of the seasons have been drawn upon designer Dana Lorenz who has created her own line of jewelry and luxury accessories called FALLON . I must say she has some of the unique pieces which have caught my eye before on the pages of Charm & Chain. Her creations are "bold fashion statements that always seem flow in the direction of the runways". Dana's background is in petry as well as art with drawbacks to her education from School of the Art Institute of Chicago and University of Iowa.
My favorite ones are in the above pictures which made of "glass and vintage Lucite cabochons, pyramid studs, and bright stones adorn these brass, rose gold, sterling, and gunmetal trinkets, sometimes complimented by chunky chains and even fabric to complete the look". I could not have summarized it better due to their complicated design and materials used. Please prefer below for her other jewelry pieces with an unique story to tell in each piece. That’s why her pricey tag comes out to $200.00 per necklace. So worth it though!
Please enjoy shopping and keep us posted on your purchases.

One Stop at Net-a-Porter for Turkish Delight

When I first noticed this necklace on the pages of several Fashion websites, I thought it was some kind of unique vintage necklace which is not available for sale but a collectable item. I could not stop staring at this piece in the zoom in view and admire the work of art. Necklace is a collection of silver coins, Swarovski crystals & knitted green round medallions.
I come to find out that it was designed by Erickson Beamon for the collection of Turkish Delight. He introduces necklaces and earrings which are beautifully made from Turkish detailed coins & bright color jewels. This jewelry piece can be a compliment to any light color simple cocktail dress which will win any red carpet event or a black tie party. I would wear it to my B-day dinner without a doubt.

Ettika Bracelets Will Make you Smile

I know that summer is almost coming to an end but it does not mean that we have to forbid the bright colors. I try to wear at least one colorful accessory or piece of clothing to mix it in with the everyday outfit. It keeps me in the cheerful mood throughout the day and reminds me that fluorescent colors CAN make you smile!
Ettika Bracelet is a popular MUST HAVE piece of summer 2009 in addition to Chan Luu "show stealers". You don't need to add much to make it stand out, the color tells it all. It made of multi color satin cord which wraps around your wrist with the mini gold charms. They range from $40-$70 depending on the style.

Beaded Necklaces by Fiona Paxton
Browsing Soho this weekend after lunch at Bagatelle, my girlies & I went into Scoop in Meatpacking to look at the new stuff for Fall. As soon as we entered, we noticed several unique embroidered necklaces with gold/silver bands and chains in the glass case. Believe it or not, I thought these were belts.
Later I find out they are Fiona Paxton's designs, Londoner who has worked for Moschino & Chloe as a textile designer. Paxton introduced her creations to the fashion world this year as a self stand jewelry designer. Designing for couture world for the past 10 years must have taught her a lot of patience, concentration on detail and experience to produce incredible hand crafted designs.
I was thinking to myself, these necklaces would be great with a white tank top, black ballerina skirt and black Louboutins for the night in the city! Fiona Paxton Necklaces priced at $200s-$300s because of its hand crafting embroidery work, unique prints & loads of precious metals used.
